Ralph has accumulated 40 years of experience in the Investment Industry in Canada, the United States, Europe and the UK, Asia and South Africa. For 22 years (1987 through 2009), Ralph was a senior partner with Brockhouse & Cooper Inc., a leading Canadian investment consultant and global broker-dealer, latterly as the firm’s CEO. In August 2009 he founded QUAERO INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS helping serious investors find, retain and manage best-in-class investment service providers.
In 2013 Ralph published his first book, For Love And Money, Reflections On The Essential Disciplines Of Institutional Investment Management, Life And Happiness. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Concordia University (1974) and he graduated with distinction from Sir George Williams University’s Bachelor of Commerce program in 1971.

Frank has over 40 years of diverse experience in the investment management industry that includes both general management and global business development and client service. Specific assignments with both Invesco and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. include establishing a new office, carrying through business turnarounds, and integrating global businesses. At Invesco, Frank managed two of the group’s investment management companies and two of its distribution organizations. Since retiring from Invesco, Frank has consulted to a number of US and non-US investment management firms on business strategy, product line management, staffing, compensation policy, and both sales and marketing initiatives. Frank earned a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Beloit College in the U.S.

Prior to founding Dolphinvest, for more than 20 years and in various positions in the asset management industry, Michael Klimek was responsible for business development in different parts of Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. As managing director at Invesco and the investment management divisions of Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, he built up new local businesses of various sizes and managed sales and marketing teams, middle office and client service teams. He earned an M.A. in American Studies and Islamic Studies (FU Berlin).

Nick has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking and investment management industry. He was founding CEO of what became Credit Suisse Asset Management in Australia and was Investment Director and then CEO of a large Australian investment management company that was ultimately sold to INVESCO. At INVESCO Nick became Regional Director Asia Pacific with responsibilities covering, Japan, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. Recently Nick has been a Professorial Fellow at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, where he founded the Monash Asia Pacific Centre for Science and Wealth Creation and has been involved in early stage venture capital financing. Nick holds B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. degrees from Flinders University, South Australia and a Ph.D. from University of London, King’s College.
